Christmas Creations

Updated: Dec 22, 2020

Since school has finished, I have made so much stuff and I wanted to share this with you guys!

First up:

These Christmas blankets!

I made these on a wim, but I think they’re really cute! They’re just normal blankets with white ribbon, but I added a little touch with some sequins which make them a little Christmasy 🎄🎅🏻

Next I made...

This endurance bridle! I’m really happy with this, I used Rio Rondo hardware which makes it look really high quality. I used the strapping from my secret Santa Emily, so thanks for that 😊

Today I made...

This Christmas bridle! When I saw today’s Crafty Christmas Countdown task (which is make a Christmas halter btw) I started at it, but then decided I wanted to make a sparkly browband with crimp beads, which a halter doesn’t have, so I thought I may as well make a bridle. I’m really happy with the outcome, is so Christmasy!

My christmas pony! He’s currently at this stage here, tomorrow I’ll try and make the final push tomorrow and finish this bad boy, otherwise Christmas will be over before I finish!

Update: I’ve just finished this saddle!

It’s for my endurance bridle, so I guess it’s an endurance saddle? I loosely based it off one, but it’s not exactly an endurance saddle. I’m really happy with it though, I used the leather from my secret Santa gift, which was nice. I love this set on my CollectA thoroughbred mare, Jubilee (named after my favourite real life horse!)

So that’s what I’ve been up to these holidays, what have you guys been making?
